Peer Review Policy

Peer review is important key to measure journal and the quality of publication. Reviewers play vital role in scholarly publishing and their valuable opinions certify the quality of the article under thoughtfulness.

All the submitted manuscripts are subject to peer review process before it can be accepted for publication. Indian Journal of Society and Politics has been adopted Single Blinded Peer Review Process in which reviewer's name is not disclosed to author and Reviewer's does not known the name of author of the manuscript.

Reviewer has three options-

Ist if he is satisfied with the manuscript, he can recommend for acceptance of the manuscripts,

IInd If he find some corrections, he can send back with his comments, in such condition manuscripts may be sent back to authors for revision and a copy of their reply to reviewers including comments and explanations. After getting revised manuscripts within suitable period, it is assigned to reviewer once again for approval of changes.

IIIrd if Reviewer is not satisfied with the manuscript, he can recommend for rejection of the manuscript.

In all conditions the final decision to publish is made by the Editors.
